The Avenues Mall is one of Kuwait’s most iconic and expansive shopping destinations, serving as a central hub for retail, leisure, and entertainment in the heart of Kuwait City. Known for its architectural scale and operational complexity, the mall demands high reliability, uninterrupted operations, and robust infrastructure protection.
Although DEOS’s scope within the project was focused, it played a mission-critical role in supporting the mall’s core operations. The DEOS Building Management System (BMS) was implemented for the central control center, ensuring stable and reliable monitoring of essential building services.
In addition, a DEOS water leak detection system was deployed within the main server room, safeguarding critical IT and operational infrastructure from potential water damage. This system provides early detection and rapid alerts, significantly reducing risk to the mall’s digital backbone and ensuring business continuity.
By addressing the most sensitive and high-risk operational zones, the DEOS solution effectively forms the backbone of the facility’s operational reliability, reinforcing safety, resilience, and long-term asset protection for one of Kuwait’s most prominent commercial landmarks.
