In response to Dhaka’s challenging climate, the design philosophy deliberately reimagined the traditional commercial building model—prioritizing energy efficiency and environmental responsibility over maximum space utilization. The result is a high-performance building aligned with long-term sustainability goals.
Intelligent Building Management & Sustainability
ADEX Group of Companies, the authorized DEOS system partner in Bangladesh, implemented a state-of-the-art DEOS Building Management System to deliver comprehensive monitoring and control across the entire facility, fully aligned with the client’s sustainability objectives.
Using DEOS flagship OPEN EMS DDC controllers and a distributed room automation solution, the system ensures optimal indoor comfort, operational efficiency, and reduced energy consumption.
