The European Business Centre, one of the premium office buildings in Dubai Investment Park, has been upgraded with a DEOS energy-efficient BMS solution. As a WELL-certified facility, the DEOS team conducted a comprehensive energy audit and developed a detailed implementation plan to optimize the building’s HVAC operations.
The upgrade features the DEOS system as the main BMS platform, complemented by room-level solutions from Regin and HVAC essentials from Industritechnik. Together, these technologies deliver a highly efficient, reliable, and sustainable control environment for the entire building.
